a. All products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.

b. For the safety and health of all our customers, opened or used products cannot be returned, as we cannot guarantee their integrity once the seal is broken.

c. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

a. Please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product.

b. You may be asked to provide a photograph of the damaged or defective product to facilitate the return process.

c. Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional charge.

3. Refunds

a. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

b. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

c. If the original method of payment is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

4. How to Initiate a Return

a. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

b. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

c. Ship the product back to the provided address. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for safety and health reasons:

a. All sales are final for discounted or clearance products.

b. Any product that has been opened or used.

c. Any product not in its original packaging.

6. Limitations

a. We reserve the right to limit or decline returns and refunds at our discretion.

b. Frequent returns or abuse of our Return and Refund Policy can lead to denial of future purchases.
